Retail Makeup Artist

Part-Time | Brown Thomas Dublin, Dundrum & Limerick

As a Retail Makeup Artist, you'll be the face of our brand in-store, bringing our high performance products to life through expert artistry, genuine connection and exceptional customer service.

Every customer interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable experience. You'll provide personalised shade matching, expert product recommendations and help customers discover the products best suited to their individual style and eye colour.

A key part of the role is hosting our signature Lessons in Liner appointments. You'll guide customers through finding their perfect liner shade and teach them simple application techniques, leaving them feeling confident, inspired and excited to recreate their look at home.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through personalised consultations and makeup expertise.
  • Provide tailored shade matching and product recommendations.
  • Host our signature Lessons in Liner appointments, teaching customers how to achieve their perfect look.
  • Build genuine relationships with customers and represent the Hildun brand with confidence and professionalism.
  • Achieve sales targets through excellent product knowledge and customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and beautifully presented retail space.
  • Keep up to date with Hildun products, launches and brand standards.

We're Looking For

  • A confident and skilled makeup artist with a passion for beauty.
  • Previous retail experience, with a proven ability to drive sales through customer consultation.
  • Someone who enjoys teaching and helping customers build confidence in their makeup routine.
  • A warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A self-motivated, reliable and professional team member who can work independently.
  • A commercially minded individual who understands how to balance artistry with delivering results.

Pay

€20 per hour + commission

Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
