Excellent product
Sadly this product smudges just a few hours after application. I own other eye pencils which stay put but not this one. I have contacted customer services about this but they did not respond.
I love this eyeliner. Great colour; staying power; and you can smudge it well in under a minute. I didn’t think VB could be bettered but this does it at a lower price

The pencil is an absolute dram. It’s so soft it glides on and is just so lovely to apply. I use it on my water line and it’s perfect. I would definitely recommend and will soon be getting another one
